Focus Incorporated ("we," "us," "our") operates focusincorporated.com and the products listed on it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you join a waitlist on this site we collect:

• Your first name and email address (you give these to us via the form)
• Which product you signed up for
• How you arrived (referrer URL and ad campaign tags, if any)
• Your browser type and device (user agent string)
• The timestamp of your signup

Why we collect it

To email you when the product you signed up for becomes available, and to understand which ideas resonate so we can decide what to build.

How we use it

• To send you one email when your product launches.
• To measure aggregate signup performance for our advertising.
• That's it. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it for purposes outside the above.

Cookies and pixels

This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance. The pixel records that a page was viewed and whether the waitlist form was submitted. It does not see your name or email content. You can opt out of Meta's ad tracking in your Meta account settings.

Where your data lives

Waitlist signups are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Focus Incorporated. We retain signups until 90 days after a product is no longer being pursued, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@focusincorporated.com. We will remove your record within 7 days and confirm.
